A Proper Great Pyrenees
It is appropriate to start our QUIBBLETOWN ONLINE feature series with Seaver's thoughts about what is a proper Great Pyrenees. Seaver graciously shares these thoughts with our visitors: " A proper Great Pyrenees must have elegance in head and expression, proper balance, moderation, as the Great Pyrenees is not a giant breed, and proper movement". Seaver added Edie's thoughts about a proper Great Pyrenees: "Without an elegant head and expression you do not have a proper Great Pyrenees".
Those few words, "Elegance, Balance, Moderation, and Movement" guided the breeding program at Quibbletown Great Pyrenees. Their show and breeding records exemplify their commitment to those words. As simple as those four words are, it is no easy task to breed Great Pyrenees and produce generation after generation of elegant, balanced, and moderate Pyrs, with proper movement .
